IT Service Delivery Manager

SQUALIO Team is in search of an energetic, high-achieving Delivery Manager to be part of the IT Asset Management (ITAM) team of Licensing Analysts, Technical Consultants and other Delivery Managers. The primary purpose of the role will be to provide and lead service delivery management operations, and support and oversee clients and service delivery processes. This is an excellent role for a good team player and outgoing individual who enjoys combine technical and soft skills.

Responsibilities

  • Foster positive and productive relationships with customers to drive business growth;
  • Manage your Service Delivery Team ensuring efficient task execution and conflict resolution;
  • Coordinate and lead meetings throughout all stages of service delivery, serving as the primary contact for customer inquiries and concerns, and providing solutions when necessary;
  • Ensure effective communication and information exchange between all parties involved, identify and adapt to customer needs, and participate in budget management, deadlines, and quality assessments;
  • Review, maintain, and update service delivery procedures and policies, manage and track client agreements, and prepare and present reports.

Requirements

  • You have 1-3 years of experience with communication with clients as an IT Project Manager or IT Service Delivery Manager, or similar;
  • Strong customer service, project management, and quality control skills;
  • Skilled in resource planning, teamwork capabilities and attention to detail;
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in Lithuanian and English.

Not mandatory to Apply, but will be considered a Plus if:

  • You hold at least one of the following certifications: ITIL, Prince2, PMP, Project+, Scrum Master, or SAFe;

  • You have knowledge of software resource management processes (SAM, ITAM, ITSM) and familiarity with software licensing (e.g., Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, IBM, Adobe).
